LIFETIME JEWELRY WARRANTY

For more than 10 years, South Beach Diamond has demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality diamonds and jewelry and premium service. To ensure you can shop with confidence, South Beach Diamond provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty (“The Warranty”) that covers each piece of jewelry you purchase from us. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the buyer who originally purchased the item. Any transfer of the item from the original buyer will void the warranty. Please read the following carefully as it explains the consumer's rights under The Warranty, as well as the obligations of South Beach Diamond.

Lifetime Warranty

At South Beach Diamond, we subject each of our products to precise standards of quality. Each piece is manufactured in our factory using only the finest grades of materials and the highest standards of craftsmanship. We carefully examine each item to ensure that it meets our exact standard prior to shipping it to you.

South Beach Diamond guarantees that all fine diamonds, colored gemstones, gold and platinum jewelry it sells is genuine, authentic, and is of the same quality and value as represented to the consumer at the time of purchase. Where specifically mentioned, purchases will be accompanied by an Independent Lab Certificate. In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send it back to South Beach Diamond to be inspected by one of our master jewelers. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll either repair, or if repair is impossible, replace the item at no cost to you. If it was determined that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost. South Beach Diamond cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. We offer replacing for any loose or missing round cut diamond up to 0.10 ct., diamonds larger than 0.10 ct. can be replaced at current market value.

However, a consumer who exercises any or all of their rights under The Warranty agrees to assume any and all costs directly or indirectly related to shipping and handling fees which are incurred as a result.

Lifetime Upgrades

South Beach Diamond has been providing high-quality diamonds and jewelry and premium service for years. Notwithstanding, people may also choose to upgrade their diamond jewelry after wearing it for a while. At South Beach Diamond, you can trade in your original diamond purchase for a larger diamond or a different style at any time. We want to see all our customers pleased with their diamond jewels right along.

  • Only diamond to diamond jewelry trades qualify for upgrade.
  • Only purchases from South Beach Diamond are conferred the full credit of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee to be applied toward the higher-value diamond.
  • Both men’s and women’s diamond jewelry is accepted.
  • Color gemstone and pearl jewelry is not eligible for trade-in or upgrade.
  • Your upgrade must be purchased at the time of the trade-in.

Our upgrade policy only applies to undamaged diamonds that are also approved for upgrade by South Beach Diamond and accompanied by the original diamond grading report.

Diamond Jewelry Care & Maintenance

We believe professional maintenance of fine jewelry is essential to ensuring its beauty and longevity. At South Beach Diamond, as an additional service, we also provide complimentary cleanings and prong inspections and tightening to secure diamonds or gemstones for as long as you own your product or as long as the jewelry continues to be covered by The Warranty. Our comprehensive service includes a thorough cleaning and polishing, rhodium plating (for all white metals). Shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Approximately 50% of the time there a slight divergence with the finger size will appear through life. Understanding that this is not an exact science, we offer the following:

1-If it is determined that the sizing mistake was made by South Beach Diamond, then we will offer a free sizing along with shipping and insurance AT NO CHARGE.

2-If it is determined that the sizing error was not due to South Beach Diamond's mistake, we will still offer a free sizing but the shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon completion, our quality control team will once again thoroughly inspect and reship.

All of the above conditions will be honored and assessed with the understanding that all evaluations will biased to the benefit of our customers.

The Warranty is not jewelry insurance. Under no circumstances shall it be construed either as an offer to insure the jewelry purchased from South Beach Diamond, or the undertaking of an obligation to insure the jewelry purchased from South Beach Diamond.

The Warranty is null and void if any jeweler other than South Beach Diamond has repaired our products at any time. 

The Warranty applies to consumers regardless of the legal jurisdiction they may be in. However, in the case of any dispute between a consumer and South Beach Diamond arising by virtue of the rights and obligations enumerated therein, the consumer agrees that The Warranty will be governed and interpreted solely by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, to the exclusion of any other court in any other jurisdiction. Furthermore, the consumer agrees that any attempt to litigate outside of the forum of the State of New York, United States of America, will, ipso facto, void The Warranty.
